 with the keynote\naddress by Steven Freeman,. speaking on\n“The Unde
 rmining of Democracy: Election Fraud. Why It Matters, What\nTo Do.”
  Dr. Freeman is a Senior\nLecturer and Resident scholar at The Unive
 rsity of Pennsylvania. . In\n2004 he founded Election Integrity which 
 is a nonpartisan organization\nestablished to verify the vote count an
 d expose election fraud. He is\nCo-Author of Was\nThe 2004 Presidentia
 l Election Stolen? Exit Polls, Election Fraud,\nand The Official Count
  (N.Y.: Seven Stories\nPress, 2006).\nNext will be an integral part of
  the forum program: a Question\nand Answer Period that will enable aud
 ience\nmembers to find answers to questions which the speakers have\np
 rovoked. There will then be a brief conclusion to\nthe Defending Democ
