LCR is Countering the "Emergency Stay" on the Injunction of DADT
Many of you might not be aware, but the "Emergency Stay" of the Don't Ask Don't Tell Don't Pursue (DADT) injunction is temporary.
That our side had until today the ability to counter this stay and get the injunction reinstated. Below are the various legal briefs from our side countering the "Emergency Stay."
