The attachment above requested that the Government Accounting Office (GAO) conduct an investigation into the intentional creation of "Unconstitutional" legislation designed to deny equality to the LGBT community by our federal level legislative branch.

The above link will take you to a news article about a legal brief filed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) that incorporates the historic unconstitutional bias against the LGBT USA citizens. This was written to demonstrate that our present DOJ is placing the constitutionally guaranteed  rights of the plaintiffs above the revolting bigotry that is the essence of the DOMA. This legal brief demonstrates that the DOJ has chosen to be on the right side of history.

 

The most important protections we have as an oppressed legal class is the US Constitution and especially the Bill of Rights. Become familiar with this, because it provides the shield we have from injustice. 

 

1. Please print a copy of the above document "Our Request for GAO Investigation About Unconstitutional Anti LGBT legislation."
2. Take it to a pro equality politician and ask that politician to put into writing support for this requested investigation to be sent to GAO's FraudNet.
3. This is important because bad law that is unconstitutional should never be allowed to leave a legislative committee not only at the national, but also at the State and local levels.
