LGBTQ Minority Metrics
All other minorities are measured to insure that they are not being
treated unfairly. However, this is not done for LGBTQ and we are
being treated unfairly. The new National Security Personnel System
is performance based. It is a process that can be rigged, and for
that reason minority status is tracked.
Not tracking this for LGBTQ employees places them at risk for being
treated unfairly, and such treatment is essentially invisible.
