Today our President Obama declared that the so-called "Defense of Marriage Act" or "DOMA" is unconstitutional discrimination against legally married same-sex couples, and stated that the Administration will no longer defend the law in Court. The President also concluded that "classifications based on sexual orientation should be subject to a more heightened standard of scrutiny."

Department of Defense Excludes LGBT Employees As Affinity/ Special Emphasis Group

The USA military got done within 1 month; conquered Grenada, threw Iraq out of Kuwait, and provided the training on sexual harassment from the tailhook scandal. Knowing how fast the DOD can move this Repeal DADT certification effort should have already been signed, sealed, and delivered.

Most important is desensitivity training and DOD FED GLOBE has provided it for free to the Department of Defense and world.
