Today our President Obama declared that the so-called "Defense of Marriage Act" or "DOMA" is unconstitutional discrimination against legally married same-sex couples, and stated that the Administration will no longer defend the law in Court.  The President also concluded that "classifications based on sexual orientation should be subject to a more heightened standard of scrutiny."

The LCR lawsuit will stop immediately the illegal unconstitutional mandate that LGB Service Members go into the closet. It is the best solution. It will restore our civil rights of "Freedom of Speech," "Protection from self incrimination," and "Equality clause."
