Equality Isn't An Emergency Stay on the DADT Injunction

We've seen it all, but we sincerely hoped that we would not see this President an expert in constitutional law have his Department of Justice (DOJ) for a second time request an "Emergency Stay" on the

Don't Ask Don't Tell (DADT) injunction.

Please say it isn't so.

Tell us this is a bad dream and that our President is not pushing for our legal class to be further kept in oppression.

We love our country and we the LGBT employees of the Department of Defense do provide national value, but we do not find it acceptable for our oppression to be extended due to the illogical fears of prejudice people.

Why is it our military can cohabit and work with openly LGBT service members of allied nations, but cannot with American LGBT?

Where Is the Change?

What Emergency?

Or

WTF?

It would be nice if you referenced a link about this injunction.
