Lisa Kove the Executive Director of DOD FED GLOBE explains the impact of Don't Ask Don't Tell Don't Pursue(DADT) on all Dept of Defense indirect and direct employees as well as the greater society. As you hear her voice scenes of various Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) and allied activists fill the screen. As well as her family is also incorporated. she shares her own experience with being treated in a discriminatory manner for coming out.

Some of the activists that are shown have lost their entire careers and dreams due to DADT. Both DADT and Defense of Marriage ACT (DOMA) are unconstitutional and their very existence is and has always been wrong.

DOD FED GLOBE believes that we achieve equality by TELLING the truth and collaborating. That this achievement is necessary, because prejudice must always be stopped. We all need to work together and that this movement is based not on any one of us, but based on all those of us that work together and place the good of society front and center. To encourage a more civilized society then the one that exists right now.
