Military Mole Hills Discharge Mountains Robert Rodriguez

Robert Rodriguez is now a gay veteran with HIV that he contradicted during his Navy service. Normally people that have contradicted a medical illness during their service receive a medical discharge.

In Robert's case he was harassed during his time in service; while DADT repeal was in the process but not yet repealed. He reacted; ran and knocked some plaques off the wall.

Yet his supervisor a Navy Chief treated him in a abusive manner and laid hands on him, but was not held accountable. It did not matter that this Chief was known to call sailors he suspected to be gay faggots and act in a physically abusive manner. From this instance they reduced Robert's rank and made him pay back for damage of the plaques a total of $200.

Later his organization attempted to frame for damage of government property. that frame failed yet they pursued him after DADT repeal anyway and took the older case from which he already paid his debt and had another hearing. From which 2 of the 3 board members admitted that due to religious reasons they do not approve of the homosexual life style. He was then thrown out of the Navy without a medical discharge.

Prior to the Navy thinking he was gay his evaluations were very good. Once they knew he was lower than dirt.
