Along with thirteen years’ service in the US Air Force her background includes over 18 years civilian service including experience from volunteer, contract, intermittent (disaster)hire and excepted service employment by the federal government

This was filmed at the title inauguration. We were not allowed to bring a professional camera and they gave out 3X as many tickets as space available. For this reason the most important part of this film is the audio of the President talking.
