WVEC report 2 Gay Sailor Harassed On the Job
Sailor Robert Rodriguez has been outted by a Naval Officer and his medical information was illegally revealed. Additionally this officer is using his being LGBT as validation for blaming him for damage to government property.

Medical information disclosure is a gross violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and can carry stiff penalties, including a prison sentence according to;

Thank you for the support, and I reviewed the HIPPA website. I will pursue a legal stand with this issue as well.
